The Diesel Doctor Australia is unable to provide an estimated time of delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for the delivery at your home address, we recommend nominating a work or other suitable address where a member will be present during deliver hours (Approx. 8:30am-5:00pm). In the instance someone is unavailable to sign for your delivery, our carriers will leave a card and you will be required to contact our carrier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements.

We are happy to exchange any product purchased Online as long as the product is returned in its original condition (unopened and unmarked packaging), and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice/receipt and/or packing slip.
