Through its smart design, the Dometic Dust Reduction System (DRS) minimises the amount of dust, harmful airborne particles and pollens that can enter your caravan and remain suspended in the air for an extended time after stopping. To ensure top performance, the Dometic DRS has been developed using advanced computer modelling and has undergone extensive performance testing in Australia’s dusty country with some seriously impressive results. The unit is fitted to the roof of the caravan and operates while the vehicle is in motion. There are no motors or electrical parts so there’s no need for power. The easiest way to keep your caravan clean? Don't let dust enter in the first place!

The Dust Reduction System (DRS) will dramatically reduce the amount of dust entering the caravan and begins working automatically when the vehicle is in motion. Basically, when the caravan is in motion, the air in the caravan is pressurised and the DRS allows the clean air to flow into the caravan and the airflow pushes out the airborne dust from other spaces and reduces additional dust from entering. Most dust particles are filtered out of the incoming air and this means less dust remains in the caravan. When you get to your destination, you can start enjoying yourself right away without needing to spend all your time cleaning your caravan. The DRS has been heavily tested in the dusty countryside of Australia. Even when driving behind another vehicle on a dusty road, a significant reduction of dust getting in and remaining in the vehicle was recorded, compared to when the DRS was not in use. Another benefit of having a Dust Reduction System in your caravan is that fact that reducing the dust and other airborne particles where you sleep can be much better for your health.

If you will be unavailable to sign for the delivery at your home address, we recommend nominating a work or other suitable address where a member will be present during deliver hours (Approx. 8:30am-5:00pm). In the instance someone is unavailable to sign for your delivery, our carriers will leave a card and you will be required to contact our carrier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements.

Please inspect your parcel and its contents carefully on delivery. If you find any item missing or damaged, please contact us and we will provide immediate assistance. 

The Current delivery window for normal sized parcels is 3 to 7 Business Days. However, postage delays may occur during the busy seasons. Postage charges may apply on various items that are oversized or for delivery outside the following metropolitan areas in all states of Australia.

We are happy to exchange any product purchased Online as long as the product is returned in its original condition (unopened and unmarked packaging), and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice/receipt and/or packing slip. Delivery charges are not refundable for incorrect choice, and products are to be returned to the store at the customer's own cost.

In order to process your exchange of goods, please be sure to include a note or email correspondence explaining the reason for the return, the item you wish to exchange it with, as well as your daytime contact telephone number so that our Customer Service Team are able to contact you to arrange delivery of the exchanged item (postage charges apply). We will replace any item that has arrived Damaged or is Missing from your order at no cost to you, any faults or missing items must be reported to us via eBay within 48 hours of your package being signed for.
