This BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler represents the next generation of intercoolers. Designed specifically for the 2013-2018 RAM 2500/3500 L6-6.7L (td), this BladeRunner intercooler utilizes a 6" bar and plate core design. This design outflows the OE tube and fin core design, while the 3/16" TIG-Welded end tanks offer superior strength and durability.

End Tanks:
The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16 aluminum plates and incorporate multi-directional vane technology.

Multi-Directional Vane Technology:
The BladeRunner MDV technology is used to direct hot air flow through the entire intercooler core, which allows for greater cooling than competitors units.

6" Bar and Plate Core Design:
The use of the bar and plate core design allows for greater airflow and increased heat dissipation over the much smaller tube and fin design used by the OEM. This intercooler also features 2-3/4" inlet/outlet connections compatible with stock intercooler tubes. This intercooler outflows OE style tube and fin core designs by 16%!

TIG-Welded:
100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds while reducing stress cracks.

Pressure Tested:
The BladeRunner Intercooler is test pressure rated at 200psi.

Perfect Fit:
Utilizes the factory mounting locations for a hassle-free installation. Fits OEM or aFe's intercooler tube upgrade kit 46-20134-B)

Vehicle Applications

If you will be unavailable to sign for the delivery at your home address, we recommend nominating a work or other suitable address where a member will be present during deliver hours (Approx. 8:30am-5:00pm). In the instance someone is unavailable to sign for your delivery, our carriers will leave a card and you will be required to contact our carrier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements.

Please inspect your parcel and its contents carefully on delivery. If you find any item missing or damaged, please contact us and we will provide immediate assistance. 

The Current delivery window for normal sized parcels is 3 to 7 Business Days. However, postage delays may occur during the busy seasons. Postage charges may apply on various items that are oversized or for delivery outside the following metropolitan areas in all states of Australia.

We are happy to exchange any product purchased Online as long as the product is returned in its original condition (unopened and unmarked packaging), and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice/receipt and/or packing slip. Delivery charges are not refundable for incorrect choice, and products are to be returned to the store at the customer's own cost.

In order to process your exchange of goods, please be sure to include a note or email correspondence explaining the reason for the return, the item you wish to exchange it with, as well as your daytime contact telephone number so that our Customer Service Team are able to contact you to arrange delivery of the exchanged item (postage charges apply). We will replace any item that has arrived Damaged or is Missing from your order at no cost to you, any faults or missing items must be reported to us via eBay within 48 hours of your package being signed for.
