If you will be unavailable to sign for the delivery at your home address, we recommend nominating a work or other suitable address where a member will be present during deliver hours (Approx. 8:30am-5:00pm). In the instance someone is unavailable to sign for your delivery, our carriers will leave a card and you will be required to contact our carrier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements.

The Current delivery window for normal sized parcels is 3 to 7 Business Days. However, postage delays may occur during the busy seasons. Postage charges may apply on various items that are oversized or for delivery outside the following metropolitan areas in all states of Australia.

We are happy to exchange any product purchased Online as long as the product is returned in its original condition (unopened and unmarked packaging), and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice/receipt and/or packing slip. Delivery charges are not refundable for incorrect choice, and products are to be returned to the store at the customer's own cost.
