The SAAS SSH1101-KIT is a 3 piece hose solution designed to replace the factory hot and cold side hose pipes with an upgraded flurosilicone coated silicone hose. Our multi-ply hose kits are supplied with dual bead stainless clamps to provide a secure connection and reduce the possibility of hose failure. Leaking, swollen or split intercooler hoses can lead to a loss of power.
FVMQ Oil Resistance: FVMQ Fluorosilicones offer the highest level of oil resistance amongst the most common elastomers and are a popular solution within the aviation industry
Fitting Notes:
SAAS Silicone Intercooler Hoses are designed to be more robust than the OE style of rubber hose. The multi-ply design may require warming to fit over pipe flanges and should be installed with the provided hose clamps to ensure a secure seal.

- Red FMVQ Fluorosilicone lining providing greater resistance to oil mist and EGR by-products
- Stable operating temp from -50°C to +200°C
