The GCG5876R Ball Bearing Turbo is a direct fit turbocharger is designed for the 4.5L 1VD-FTV V8 diesel engine platform found in the Toyota Landcruiser 70 Series, 2007 onwards. This is a horsepower monster, built for those aiming for the next level of performance!

The GCG5867R comes with a fully machined, aircraft grade, 6061 billet alloy TDX compressor wheel design offering 11+0 and 67mm/50mm versus stock 59.45/44.5mm which results in an increased flow by up to 50% over the OE wheel. Matched to the T51R surge slot intake, for the famous T51R sound and improved turbo response. The GCG5867R features a dual ceramic 8mm ball bearing design, improving transitional response between gear shifts or when towing.

The GCG5867R has a stainless steel re-designed VNT mechanism with custom blade technology offering a smoother operation a stability under pressure and temperature. The Turbine Housing Ratio increases to 0.72a/r over the factory 0.64a/r, allowing for improved exhaust gas flow and evacuation, reducing overspeed and wheel failures commondly occuring while tuning the factory turbocharger. Reduction in exhaust gas tempeatures with lower back pressure allows for more precise high end tuning.

Turbine Wheel also gets a step-up in size to accomodate the extra exhaust gas flow at the high tuning specs, with 58mm/54mm compared to the stock 50.60/46.30mm. GCG's new 9+0 blade design proveides maximum speed and response. Made with mixed metal Inco 600 series for strength and heat durability. Speed Sensor Port has been pre-drilled and is ready for a Garrett screw-in type sensor. We highly recommended fitting a turbo speed sensor which helps with tuning and monitoring compressor speeds over boost pressures. Maximum compressor speed is 160,000rpm.
